Quite the beautiful family... and the father was there, too.

Seriously tho, it's great that Matt was there, too. That is one of the things that I'm most greatful for, I was there for both. You think that you can miss it and be ok, but that's only if you actually miss it. It's just such a wonderful thing.

He is still fascinated by her every move. I love how he has to tell me "baby crying mom" even if I'm holding her at the time!

You have a great little gift.

I am so glad he didn't miss it! It really did make a huge difference to know he was able to be there.

Thanks to everyone for your support and congrats... I'm sure I will be posting insane numbers of pictures in the very near future!

These are amazing photos, lifehappens. Your baby girl is absolutely beautiful -- all that hair! I'm so happy that your delivery went well and that you and your baby are healthy. I'm sure that the memories of the birth of your second child are something you and your husband will both treasure these next few months that you have to be apart. So glad it all worked out.
