Wow, and I thought I cared too much for other peoples comments. I'll be honest when I say I don't know you well, have barely seen more than a few articles from your lady and a couple from you. But have yet to see anything that wouldn't warrant the constant attacks you and your lady get.
But, I found myself replying to it. I had to put up with that junk at the time and defended myself vehimently. Now its back? What the heck, is crap from the past going to keep on being brought up all the time?
I don't see why you have to put up with anything. You don't like the comments, you can always ignore them. Do the people on this site have some kind of power over your life? Do their opinions really matter that much to you? You guys should have never posted this crap you speak of on a site that keeps them available for long periods of time if you didn't want it people to bring them up every time a chance arises. You want it personal, keep them off the site.
There is a saying that if we don't learn from the past, we will relieve it in the future. Well to add to that, if we don't stop looking back, we will never be able to look forward.
Interesting addition except that in order to move forward one must learn from the past, value the present and hope for a better future. As much as you may want to live in the present and move towards the future, you can not ignore the past cause every second that comes and goes becomes the past so your future can not exist without it.
We all have to live with our past, and we all have to live with people reminding us of it. It's human nature to remember the bad and ignore the good.
It took me a while to figure this out but you have to learn to ignore people. You should also learn not to put your dirty laundry on a blogg site if you don't want people using it against you. Own up to your mistakes and move on.
Do you move on...or live in the past?
Perhaps you should ask yourself this question before you ask others. You are not moving on, you are dwelling in the past since you felt you had to defend something you thought was forgotten. As far as I'm concerned only the truth hurts.
