Shower her (him) with gifts! When love is “in the air”, it is easy to get carried away! In fact, that is part of the “fun” for all of us. However, when having your fun, and impressing your special someone remember A GIFT IS A GIFT! – When you give a gift to another, it may be impossible to take back. Under Texas Law (which may be different in your state, so consult a lawyer in your state with this or ANY legal matter), a gift requires “donative intent”; or the intent to make a gift and delivery of the gift itself. Once those can be proven, it is extremely difficult, if not impossible to take that gift back! So when you are looking at that expensive bauble in the window, or imagining your love behind the wheel of a brand new automobile, imagine all you want and if your serious about giving that “gift”, to your special someone remember, it will be forever.

So - while a kiss is just a kiss, and a sigh is just a sigh, a GIFT is a GIFT!
