Jayna Update

I realized I had not posted anything in a month! Man has this month gone fast!

Jayna has a new cousin little Akinori! He's sure a cutie too! We went to visit him when he was a week old. I held him and couldn't believe that 4 short months before my little baby was a tiny newborn.... time flies!

Jayna is almost 5 months and BUSY. She is 14 1/2 lbs. She is rolling over and sticking everything in her mouth. She is such a drooler!

She has been very interactive! She loves playing with her toys on her blankie, and bouncing in her exersaucer, She gives lots of big wet kisses, and "hugs" by pulling on peoples ears in.

She is a big talker. She babbles all day and night, esp. right before bed, she tells me all about her day, "gah gah daaaa, mmmm" is a frequent phase from Jayna.

I can't believe how fast she is growing up. I get a little misty eyed, when I think how fast it goes.

Hey Joey 5months wow - rolling over already that's really something - Elana was late with everything physical - she still is she learnt to climb the stairs two days ago and is now doing it constantly and also two days ago she decided it was time to feed herself without my help so I loaded the spoon and she put it in her mouth. I think she's realised that since she's 2 next week she has a bit of catching up to do

OH I held a 5month old baby at playgroup the other day it was so weird he was so light and so tiny and my big clodhopping girl was running around the room trying out new things and this teeny tiny person was just looking around sorting out what's going on.

OMG I can't belive she is almost 2!!!!

In about a month we are going to start solids. We were at the grocery store so I picked up some rice cereal, and ended up crying

! Just the thought of her being so grown up that she can eat "food" sends me to tears!

They grow up SOOO fast!
