Smart Computer People Please Help!

i wanna make it pretty

Hello friends.

I was wondering if any of you friendly bloggers out there could offer me some assistance on a few matters.

I have seen some pretty blogs on this site, and i would like to change mine's appearance also.

I would also like to know how to include a link to my favorites

and also how to insert pictures.

Sorry for being naive, but i dont know these things, and how am i ever going to lear if i dont ask???

Edit your account. In the edit, you could change your color scheme and insert a link to your favorite.

For images in your blogs, you need to find a server/website that will host your images. There are a few around the net, available for free. Just Google for some. You should have no trouble. I was lucky enough to have a friend to host my images on his server, so if you know someone who can do this for you then great. It'll save you the trouble of finding an image hosting site that is easy to use and doesn't put too many limits on what you can do... such as file sizes and subject matter.

Use a HTML editor or something like MS Frontpage to easily create your masterpiece and then just post the code to your blog. A little practice and you will have a sweet looking page in no time.

get the path and use <img src=PASTE-IMAGE-PATH-HERE>

<b>xxx</b>: xxx is bold
<i>yyy</i>: yyy is italicized <u>zzz</u>: zzz is underlined

indents the stuff in between the blockquote tags.

decent html tutorial site

you can combine them by "nesting tags". the image i posted links to my blog. i put the <a href> tags around the <img> tag. <u><i><b>bold and italicized and underlined</b></i></u> bold and italicized and underlined
