I was in the best shape of my life and doing fine. Taking pictures of sunsets and loving peaceful bike rides...
At mid May a few days after my glorious birthday I busted my ribs and back. (not saying how)
since then I haven't been able to do anything and I've been getting weaker and weaker as I sit and do nothing. Evengoing down stairs makes me wobbly.
Playing games and writing and taking pain pills and staying up till 4,5,6:00AM is what my life is now, in a rut. 
BUT soon I will rise as I'm tired of being a worthless maggot on meds! I will become stronger than my weakness. I will literally work out my weaknesses by working out! And do it listening to the Dark knight sound track from the Batman movies and something like "Eye of the tiger" too 
So I don't need luck or fate as I have the will and persistence to never fail and become the best me I can be! Agggggg! 2% body fat here I come (again)!!!!!!!
