Buying Galactic Civilizations for the combat is... well... stupid.
He must've felt like such an ass after playing it and realizing there were no tactics at all.
That is different this time around. There are so many combat factors, I believe tactical is the only word to describe galciv3. It's looking close to armored core. (great game, bad dialogue )
