Absolutely right!

Reality is not often pleasant, but it is always reality.

Fact: The WinCustomize site has to find ways to pay for itself. As it is, Stardock's other income generators are taking up the slack. I want us to pull our weight. It's only fair. I thank all who do so from the bottom of my heart.

If you're not subscribing and using the site for downloads, social interaction, etc., then for me, you lose the right to complain about the means taken to make up for your not participating in it's upkeep.

I'm not talking about someone who visits rarely. I mean the other people. I welcome them and try hard to answer questions, etc. because I want them to join and become citizen-subscribers here. Many of us even buy subscriptions and software for our friends who at that moment couldn't.

I feel we all, and the great folks at Stardock give true value for that subscription. If I didn't, I wouldn't be here.
