Defense Grid Gold

Hi there excellent ppl!

 

I have bought and almost finished Defense Grid Gold. Its a great little gem and I wonder if there is any additional content planned for this game. Or even a sequel...

Purchased defence grid during the steam sales, was a bargain. A great game, definitely would recommend it to anyone who's enjoyed a tower defence type game/strategy games generally.

Not sure what the "Gold" version contains but they recently released some new content.  Guessing that came with the gold version but maybe not but if they did it once they may do it again so there is definitely hope for new content in the future.  Excellent game btw.

Yeah, they have talked a few times about a sequel as well to the game, and more DLC.

It's really a great great game, tons of value for money in it.

Imagine a strategy game based on this consept. A game where you would have to allocate resources to different locations to fend of attacks. Like the Total War series only with tower defense instead of the RTS battles Could add stuff like research to the main map.

 

Anyways. I will buy anything based on Defense Grid. DLC, expansion or Defense Grid 2. Its great!
