Electronic harassment notes

The following are notes taken between January 30 and August 06 of 2009.  They contain strong language and sexually explicit nature and are intended for mature audience.  All names and events are true and correct to the best of my knowledge; anyone with information about this crime should contact their nearest law enforcement agency with that information.

Through the microwave hearing a female was heard saying “you have to quit attacking this guy like this".  A younger female replied “why he can't do anything about it anyway, we attack people like this all the time"

Through the microwave hearing a male was asking me “Tracy just what would it take for you to forget all about this".  After he heard my response his words were “that’s it, you guys can do what every want I am not going to pay this S.O.B".

Also this morning through the microwave hearing the perpetrators were telling me how my son was involved in a serious accident and was in a hospital.  Of course this was not true, but this is something they do daily in order to induce stress.

Through the microwave hearing you can hear them forcing a female which is about five months pregnant to have sex with a dog.  Apparently they are forcing her to do this in a living room in front of everyone.

Through the microwave hearing a female is screaming the name of Marsha Thompson.  In the past a female screamed the name Christy Thompson through their electronics and made reference to her working at the mall on seminary drive and I-35 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Through the microwave hearing they were having a conversation about Melissa's father.  The exact words were “we just talked of Melissa's dad and some one has moved the body".

Through the microwave hearing a female was asking “Chris what happened to her arm", and a male responded by saying “she wouldn't quit writing on the wall so I put her arm on it and broke it".

Through the microwave hearing a male was heard saying “my father's a better man then yours, he was a presidential elect".  I responded out loud by calling him a retard and through the electronics a female shouted out “stop calling my son a retarded".

Through the microwave hearing their having a conversation about the one legged female and how she got her arm broke and the exact words were “just have them cut it off that way she will only have one arm and one leg".  And then you can hear a female saying “you know how much it cost us to have her leg amputated"

Through the microwave hearing you can hear them talking about how the U.S. marshals service came by their house today looking for Melissa and they told them they had not seen her.

Through the microwave hearing a male was heard saying " that's it Shawn's dead".  I said out loud why you going to kill Shawn, and through the microwave hearing he responded by saying "because she knows who we are".

Through the microwave hearing they just admitted to kidnapping a female from the state of Kentucky the other day.

Through the microwave hearing a female was heard saying “my god Charlotte, don't you think two females missing from the same apartment complex is going to raise suspicion".

During the same conversation over heard were the names Stephanie and Robin.

Through the microwave hearing I can hear them talking about that Margaret’s mom called looking for her and how Margaret was too be staying with them.  When asked what did you tell her the response was "I lied and told her we hadn’t seen her".

Through the microwave hearing I heard a male saying “we’re not going anywhere they’re looking for Melissa”.  In the rest of the conversation is sounded like someone had filed a missing person’s report.  This is probably the female I hear screaming in the background through the microwave hearing.

Through the microwave hearing a female was heard saying “God damn it, that was Terri, she said she had never seen so many cops in her whole life, they had the whole house surrounded and if we are any where around Tracy Givens we need to get the hell away from him right now”.  Someone else said “it must have been Marie who said something”, and a female responded by saying “no it wasn’t her we were watching her the whole time”.

Through the microwave hearing a female was heard saying “good god Charlotte you understand what just happened, this whole thing depended on Tracy looking crazy and he doesn’t”.

Through the microwave hearing I can hear the sounds of what Appears to be a small air compressor and perhaps a nail are stapled them running.

Through the microwave hearing a female was saying “all I want is to take my daughter back to whiskey”.

Also through the microwave hearing a male was heard saying “where Shane I want my Dick sucked”.  I start laughing about this and made a comment and a difference sounding male was heard saying “fucking Hector just came in and hollered out that he wanted Shane to suck his Dick”.

Through the microwave hearing at a female was heard saying “your hand print was found on both sides of the car”.  A male was heard saying “well how are you going to explain your handprint being on both sides of the car” and a difference sounding male responded by saying “so what no one else is investigating this but you”.

August 6, 2009

Through the microwave hearing I heard a female screaming followed by the sounds of someone tumbling down the stairs.
