Electronic Harassment Notes

The following are phrases are comments over heard through the microwave hearing.  Most of these are comprised of notes taken from January of 2009 to mid march of 2009.  The following reading is intended for mature audiences and contains sexually explicit language.  All names and events mentioned here are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.  Anyone with information on this crime or one mention should contact your nearest law enforcement agency with that information.

January 12, 2009

I witnessed the perpetrators pass by me with a female driving and a male in the passenger seat leaning over like he was trying to get something out of her lap.  At the same time I hear the female saying “Roberts playing with my pussy as we drive down the road".

A male saying " my whole family is going to go to prison over this shit" and then a female was saying " well my god Richard, your whole family needs to go to prison you murdered two prostitutes that I know of"

January 17, 2009

They wrecked a car on the ice and had to take one female to the hospital.  Then a female was heard saying “Stephanie mighty lose the baby, you know how hard it was to get her pregnant".  And a few hours later this female was heard saying " hell no, they won't release her unless her mom signs for her".

So the guys are stocking me with an under age pregnant female and apparently they did not have the mother's permission for this young girl to even be with them.

A female was heard saying “Tracy we really do have Melissa and her sister".

We were in Warrington Missouri the time.

During one of their arguments a male was over heard saying " guess what, I did kill Melissa", and he went on to say “I’m going to kill you two and then I'm going to kill that son of a bitch".

The female went on to say she was going to walk over to genes house.  What Jean? And what is jean going to do for her?

A male was saying “you want to be with Tracy than just go over there be with him”.  And then you can hear the female “if I would have went with Tracy that night I would not have this problem”.

Through the microwave hearing background chatter you can hear the perpetrators talking about how I know it was Oscar that moved the rape victim over to Chris’s house in September of 2005.

You can hear a deep sounding the female threatening someone and the exact words were “you have 15 minutes, if you’re not back and 15 minutes I’m going to kill your sister, do you understand”.

Right now I can hear a female saying “oh that proves it all the times you came to my daughter’s hospital room”.  I feel what they’re referring to here is the fact that every time Richard would show up around this little girl she was start taking her top off and just look at the floor.

Through the microwave hearing the one female is screaming at these guys “I want that son of a bitch in prison I don’t care what you have to do” and a male was heard saying “well he is not doing anything wrong” and then a female again saying “well get his son on drugs, maybe we can use that”.

So according to the above statement they really don’t care whether you’re guilty or not, and are in fact promoting drug use in order to set targets up.

Through the microwave hearing once again the female was saying “if it wasn’t for that son of a bitch I would be married to Chris right now”.  So apparently she blames me for this guy not marrying her.  Well I guess we have to blame someone right?

Still January 22, 2009.  Through the microwave hearing a male was heard saying “you go on over there but if you say anything I’m going to call up there and have them kill your mother”.

Through the microwave hearing I can hear them having another argument and a female is yelling “are you crazy letting Melissa walk down the street like that, do you know how many people are looking for Melissa”

Over heard through the microwave hearing there were talking about how they had to put up a deposit and the amount mentioned was 150,000 dollars.  The question is who did they put this deposit up with?

Through the microwave hearing a female the saying “no Shane has been my friend for a long time”

Still January 25, 2009, through the microwave hearing the female is saying “I’m just going to go over and talk to him”, and the male started saying “I wish you would, because I’m going to kill your mother, your brother, your sister, then I’m going to kill you”.

Through the microwave hearing one of the females is crying and pleading saying “please no, please no she’s all I have left”.

Through the microwave hearing a male is saying “this is your last chance drink this or else”.  Also through the microwave hearing background chatter they were talking about how terry’s mother went to the police.

Still January 27, 2009, and through the microwave hearing a male is threatening a female saying “if you scream, if you run, I swear I will track you down and kill your whole family”

January 28, 2009

Through the microwave hearing a female is saying “you better just shoot this mother fucker now because I’m not going back to prison”. So according to this, she has already been in prison once.

Through the microwave hearing a female the saying “you’re going to shut this shit off”.  And another female is responding by saying “I’m not going to shut this off”, the other female ask “why because you lose all these other people”, and her response was “that’s right, besides they can’t do anything about it anyway”.

Still January 29, 2009, and through the microwave hearing a female was saying “I just want to go over there and tell Tracy that I’m not the one who killed Melissa”.  And another female started yelling at her saying “if you do I will tell my mother and she’ll put you back in prison”.

Still January 29, 2009 and through the microwave hearing a female was heard asking “tell me the truth did you shoot somebody”, and a female responded by saying “well yes but she was just a whore”.

So according to the last two statements not only does the younger female admit to murder but also uses her mother’s position as an intimidation tool.
