Well Im back for another post. Jessica is doing okay, it did kick her arse like I said it would, btu she took to it better than I had thought. I got a job I was going to take two job but Jessica told me not to. The job I did take though pays good, 8.25 an hour for 11 1/2 hours a day. I work the night shift at a distribution plant for Lowe's home improvement. Working 5.30-4.00 AM... yay me. or as I see it 8.30 in the morning till 7 at night.I was never much for the sun light anyway. I am saving up to go back to aus again... this time I wont just meet Jessica there and keep relations with her, this time it will be to see her and only her. I will be going for 3 months. And then coming home and start saving for the perminant move there. I plan on proposing to her when I get there this time. She really is the love of my life. I dont know many people that can openly say that... so.
The work I do is pretty easy, well its labor intensive but still easy, heres a run down of my first week there.
Tues. Briefed my the team leaders. I go to door 141-146 ie 1/2 a miles walk from the place I start. I then load six diesel trailers with cargo from top to bottom, height of 12 feet from floor to ceiling. Product ranges from a few ounces to 80 lbs. fun fun.
Weds. I did such a good job of my trailers, Casey the supervisor congrads me and instead of sending me to trailer duty he instead sends me to Northside Pallet Stripping. There I will help two other individuals take full pallets of product and place all teh products on a conveyor belt. at the end of the day we had over 4800+ items thrown. most are about 40+lbs we were again congradulated by the supervisor for work accomplished.
Thurs. Again I was instructed to go to Northside, this time a friend I had met the first day, Dustin came with me. We had a ball, and we threw 3000+ items before Casey the Supervisor came over and said since Northside has throw almost all alloted item for that shift for us to go to door 36. which is recieving. Dustin and I then go to door 36 to find out we will be unloading a 56 feet long trailer full of nothing but aircons lol the gods love us. It wasnt hard work because we utilized the tactic of team work and busted arse and got a half of a trailer off before end of shift. We were proud of our selves.
But anyway thats what I did, and I would come home with aching feet and sore muscles to have Jessica greet me with a smile and a kiss. Life is good.
Anyway the job I didnt take was working at a mentally ill institution onr saturdays and sundays from 6.00 in the morning until 3.00 in the afternoon. Jessica told me I would have plenty of money to make the trip and not to worry.
