as I have said before I do think differently than most people. I see a bigger picture than most do. probable because I don't trust people.

maybe I shouldn't have inserted that word. but I did. and to me that sort of statement is an excuse, or reason why I am not something.
The problem is that you don't read what people write, instead you ASSUME you know what they are saying, even when you don't.
Her saying that she is not a computer expert, INSTEAD, she has been a housewife would be the same as somebody saying "I am not a computer expert. I am have been in charge of Operations for 12+ years". Yep, that would be a REASON. It would be EXPLAINING why she was not what YOU claimed she was. It's not an EXCUSE as you then went on to blabber about.
People can work at a company and not be an "expert" in the main core of the company. I use multiple computers every day and I am not an "expert" by any means.
And, as a side note, my daughter is in elementary school and even she knows how to turn a computer on, get on the net, and google the websites that she is looking for. No expert is needed to search for issues or information that you want to learn about.
