How about a new headcoach and defensive coordinator for the nearby Washington Redskins?!

The burgundy and gold looks more like crap with every game they play.  Conservative (and I don't mean politically) play calling on both sides of the ball.  Insistence on running even when the running game has shown it is totally inept at goal line stands.  Insistence on not getting beat deep on the defensive side of the ball (which winds up opening up the short stuff for the opposition to take advantage of repeatedly).

It is a shame that fans don't get to vote on the position of head coach for their football teams, because Joe Gibb's tenure would be up after this last few seasons.  (Actually, I'd really like the ability to vote out owners, but I want to apply that more to the nearby MLB team than to the football team.  The owner of the Oriole's would have been long gone if the fans had their way.)
