We have the ability to greatly reduce our water consumption without a single change (magnifying our efforts when we add in our changes), yet we do not.
I agree. If the systems are in properly in place, as I've seen, it actually works so well you hardly even notice. The value of water is so under-rated. I'm sure if more value were put on it, less would be tempted to waste it.

This is just ridiculous. I've heard similar stories here too. I believe local councils should be doing everything and supporting anyone who are trying to affect these sorts of changes, regardless of whether they're an individual or an organisation.
