Sadly, I do not pay much attention to the war in Iraq, because honestly, I can't see how it effects my life in America one way or the other.

if nothing else, you're paying for it--both directly and indirectly. your children, should you have any, will be paying for it after you're gone.

what happened on 9/11 and what happens today in baghdad can be directly attributed to citizens of britain, france, germany and italy (among others) who were of like mind back in the first couple decades of the 20th century thus enabling their governments to boobytrap what was then the future but is now our present.
