Need a male perspective..

on the big 'O'.

I have a question for the dudes. A very...errrm...delicate question, but one that I've wanted some perspective on for ages.

What does it feel like when you orgasm?

I'm not talking about the mental or even psychological feelings...I'm interested in the actual physical sensation. Is it limited to just the penis, or does it involve your whole package?

Do you get a different kind of orgasm when you masturbate as opposed to having sex?

See, I know about girly 'O's....I have Dave to thank for that - but as far as manly 'O's go, I'm pretty much clueless. I know that girls have different feeling orgasms depending on what's going on...the orgasm we have during penetration can feel wildly different to the one we have when a guy (or girl, depending on your preference) is going down (and I want to know about that too, if you get yet another sensation when you're getting head).

For me, an orgasm is different during sex then if you masturbate.

If I masturbate, I get a tingly sensatation throughout my penis and a throb that feels like I've just been shot with novocaine.

As for sex, it is much more intense. Since I'm using more muscles, I get the tingly sensation throughout my entire body, and I start to feel pins and needles down my legs. The novocaine thing happens, but it only lasts for an instant instead of for a minute or two.

I'd have responded if I'd seen this before. You can control an orgasm and its extent using a number of different techniques, including whether or not you continue stimulation after you reach that "point of no return." Generally orgasms are much more intense if you continue. Also, the lower the stimulation is coming from (i.e., the head or the entire member), the more far reaching the orgasm is going to be.

Couldn't tell you much about the diffence between sex and masturbation. Sorry:)

So we know that there are two different kinds of orgasms for women... the kind you get when being penetrated, and the kind you get from clitoral stimulation alone.
