Muggaz, Some parts of your blog I agree with. I have known on several occasions, women who have pointed the finger unjustly at particular people and then saw their lives damaged beyond repair. These two women (in separate incidents) later gave up their legal fight and it was later disclosed that neither incident took place. These poor guys, while being cleared of the accusations, have yet to really live down the brand as 'rapist' and will never live it down, to those people who guessed that the women dropped their cases only because of lack of sufficient evidence. A 'tag' like that, disproven or not, will continue to follow them for the rest of their lives.
And, on the other hand, rape does happen in scenarios that you have painted. But nobody 'needs' to rape anyone. There are other ways to get sexual satisfaction. (Ask Sir Peter. hehehe) And for those women who have experienced rape, I'll bet that on many occasions some of them were dressed sexy, were panting for that particular person. And, it still could happen that she decided to say no before he decided to continue on, anyway.
I wonder how many girls would make false rape accusations if the penalty for doing so would carry the same life-long punishment as for the innocently accused?
