when i enter my email (confirmed by Paul Scroggins - SSN-46820), it tells me theres no record. Ive entered, probably dumbly, ever mail i have used in years.

The problem was with me. I at least partially. I I'm able to sign in now, but I have downloaded the OB installer. I but it can't find my codes.
It just sits and spins. Thanks so far for the excellent support.
