Can someone tell me how long it can take for customer support to reply to tickets? Mine (AQB-309-83597 in case someone from support will read this) has been sat unread for two days whilst I try and get help and resolution for my paid fences product. To be honest I'm not too happy about it. I appreciate being busy but two days in this day and age? If someone can direct me to someone specific I'd appreciate it. Thanks
Sorry for the delay. As the auto-responder should have indicated, that you kept adding to your ticket prevented us from seeing your ticket sooner.
That said, it has been replied to.
