Yeah isn't that weird. I thought the 49ers might have a chance tp peel one off and the Ravens end up doing it. It would've been a blowout if not for the lights out incident stopping the Ravens momentum. I was surprised that on first and goal 4 attempts were made to pass into the end zone when Kapernick averages 8 yards a carry and Gore something like 5. I would have called 4 run plays trying to hammer it in. The 49ers actually had a chance at the end and blow it due to poor play calling.

I've never seen a team with a more defeated and deflated looking sideline at the start of the second half... it changed during the blackout. The 49ers actually had a shot at winning and blew it with horrid play calls.

What was weird was a 34 minute brown out.  That changed the momentum of the game.  You got the team right, but the score wrong.  However the inevitable "what-ifs" will always be played.  SF was going down until then, and almost pulled it off.

In my mind, there is no question the better team won Sunday night.  But then brown outs and missed calls are just facts of life.

He pushed off only in order to get free, when the defender wrapped his arms around him.  And, it looked like 'oh he'd never catch that' because HE WAS BEING HELD.  He would have been an extra couple steps and would definitely be in a place to catch it.  Also, the defender was playing him, not the ball.

If the Ravens were really the better team, it would not have come down to one non-call.

I don't think you can say that.  Correlation, not causation.
