Dieting has been one of the best experiences of my life. It has seriously been so great. I've had to do it because of my IBS, and at first it was awful. I hated not being able to eat the things I wanted to eat. Especially Taco Bell, the crunchwrap supreme was my all time favorite food lol.
Anyway, the diet has basically been fiber based. I eat a fiber bar for breakfast, a bowl of brown rice for lunch, and a turkey sandwhich for dinner. I can vary it a little bit, not much at all. I like to snack on oyster crackers and popcorn. It might not sound like it because it's all delicious food to me. I like it a lot.
What has really been great has been how much more energy I have because of it. I have more energy to do my job, which is working for a company that does this. I used to work for a company that used to make foam fingers and mini basketballs, which did not work out for me at all. I'm so glad I don't work there anymore. Wow, I'm rambling. Anyway, I wanted to suggest to everyone to get a rice cooker. If you don't have one you are missing out. It's been the best tool with my dieting. Peace.
