I can't believe how gracious our friends and family were to us this year.  You would not this our poor economy had affected them at all, although I'm sure it has.  We are so blessed to have such generous family and friends.  They really liked our gifts too, which made the holiday even better.  It's been such a great Christmas, and I'm so thankful for that.

Among the many gifts we got for us to use as a couple, we got some really nice individual gifts.  I received one of those gemstone bracelets from my mother-in-law, which is incredibly beautiful.  My husband got some mma supplies that he's been asking for from my parents.  I dropped a few hints to them for him;).  I also got a new one of these from my husband's parent's as well.  My husband got me a membership for Enjoy the Arts, which lets us do a lot of fun things around the city at a cheap price.  I'm so excited to use this gift, it is so perfect for me. 

I'm sad that Christmas is over, but I know that I have New Years to look forward to.  I'm excited to make some fun New Years plans with my husband.  We were supposed to go stay at a cabin, but they were booked up.  So we're going to have to come up with something else fun to do.  I'm going to go spend some time with my husband watching the Bengal's game with my husband.  Enjoy your Sunday!
