It is simply a text file saved as .hybrid. The instructions are in C:\Program Files\Stardock\Deskscapes.
EDIT: I apologize carguy. I think that I misunderstood what you meant.
I was confused earlier. As far as the hybrid file for the above dream, I would love to see that as well because the documentation doesn't indicate how you allow the user to enable/disable animations.
