I am taking the weekend off in Wisconsin. There is a very nice nature trail here and yesterday I went for a walk/run (50/50) on it. It's a great place for a run and/or walk.

I did my weekly weigh in this morning. I have now dropped a total of 18 pounds since I started trying to get healthier. Not too bad for a fat old man.

I have to do some laundry later today, but plan to go for another run on the trail before I do.

Congrats on the time off - and the weight loss!  It is getting "sticky" down here, so best to stay where it is not humid yet.

Thanks. Tomorrow morning I'll be heading for Baltimore. I expect a bit of the warm and humid there.

Thanks. I delivered in Baltimore and picked up a wide load heading back but have been laid over here in Breezewood, AP since Noon Friday because of the holiday weekend. We aren't allowed to move over size loads on holidays or holiday weekends. Been couped up in this hotel since then and can't leave until 9:00 am Tuesday morning.

 

Oh, as of Saturday I have now lost 19.4 lbs.

Keep that up with the weight loss and you will just disappear!  Seriously, it is all good except the one thing we don't agree on!     Have a good weekend and travel well.  judy
