Method to Hanging Decorative Lights Indoors?

Hi,

I bought these orange lights to decorate my bedroom with. The problem is, I want to hang them from the ceiling, and they seem to be too heavy for tape. I've used duct tape, but it falls off quickly and takes the wall paint with it. I was just wondering if there was any kind of hook or adhesive device strong enough to hang my lights from the ceiling that I could buy for a low price. Thanks for all the help!
