Ok... let's start with some simple stuff:
1. Would you please describe what you are seeing (in detail), and were doing, and any changes you (or anyone else) made to your computer just before this happened? And don't try to tell us in "minimalist" style... the more, the better. 
2. Please make a screenshot of your "About" tab in Windowblinds, or if you can't do that... please copy and paste the info from "About" here.
Can't promise to solve it, so please write to support@stardock.com . Then, save the 'Autoreply' (it has your ticket number - so post that number here also), and don't write to them again until you hear from an actual person or you will be put at the end of the queue.
